It looked like it needed paint. It needed a wash.

“What I thought needed to be painted they cleaned with no high pressure and made it look like a new paint job..it was amazing!”

Jared Jones, in a Google review

Top down

The order a two-man crew works your property.

Water runs downhill, so the wash does too: gutters, then walls, then wood, then the concrete everything drains onto. Six Tiger Wash jobs, top of the house to the curb.

Gutters first

Off the ladder, out of the gutter

The top of the house comes first, so nothing washed below gets rinsed dirty again. Leaves, seed pods and the plants that take root in a full gutter come out by hand or blower, then the downspouts get flushed.

White stucco wall with green algae along its base beside a black exterior stair

Stucco and siding

The green line at the base of the wall

Algae climbs a shaded stucco wall from the ground up. A soft wash at low pressure lifts it off stucco, brick, vinyl and dryvit without forcing water behind the finish.

Decks and fences

Wood that had turned green

Decks, benches and fences get a pressure the boards can take, so the algae comes off and the grain stays. The hose runs back to your spigot; nobody needs to be home.

Freshly cleaned concrete entry walk with brick edging leading to a front door

Walks and entries

Concrete back to its own colour

Entry walks, sidewalks and driveways are run under a surface cleaner for an even finish with no wand stripes, then the edges and steps are cut in by hand.

Lots and plazas

A whole parking lot, one pass at a time

Plazas, parking lots and outside dining areas get the rotary surface cleaner in overlapping passes, the same way the walk at home does, at commercial scale.

Storefronts

The entry your customers walk through

Storefronts, awnings, drive-thrus and dumpster mats are washed around your hours. The crew is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so the work can happen while you are closed.

Shut the windows and doors, unlock any locked gates or send us the code, and take small items like shoes, wreaths and ashtrays off the porch. Our technicians come in 2-man teams and will move the furniture for you.

No. We only need access to a water source, usually your outdoor spigot, and to every exterior area we are washing.

We protect them. Potted plants are moved, with a photo taken first so they go back where they were. In-ground plants are pre-wet and kept wet through the wash, and we tarp them when needed. In over 8 years in business we have yet to damage a plant or garden.

Generally every 1 to 1.5 years. In coastal, humid New Orleans a house can need it twice a year, and some properties do best on a quarterly schedule.

Spring is the best season for most homes, once the pollen settles and before the summer growth.
