See how it works
Soft washing that takes the black streaks off asphalt shingles and the growth off tile and metal roofs, with no high-pressure blasting.

Driveways, sidewalks, patios, porches and pool decks with a surface cleaner, plus decks and fences at a pressure the wood can take.

Gutters cleared by hand or blower, downspouts flushed, and sewer jetting and drainage system clean out, with quarterly and bi-annual plans.

Storefronts, building exteriors, drive-thrus, awnings, dumpster mats, parking lots, fleets and graffiti, washed around your hours.

Hand wash, compound buffing, wax, headlight restoration, interiors and engine cleaning at your driveway, for cars, trucks, boats and RVs.
The same crew uses both, matched to the surface in front of them.
Low pressure
For the surfaces a blast would ruin: vinyl, stucco, brick, dryvit and wood siding, and roofs. Water pressure stays low, so paint stays on the wall and water is not forced behind the finish.
Historic homes in the Garden District, Uptown and the French Quarter get a soft wash and nothing else. Start with house washing or roof cleaning.
Surface cleaner and pressure
For flat, hard surfaces that can take it: driveways, sidewalks, patios, porches, pool decks and parking lots. A surface cleaner runs in overlapping passes for an even finish, and a wand cuts in the edges and steps.
Decks and fences get a pressure the boards can take, so the algae lifts and the grain stays. See driveways and concrete.
Gutters fill again and storefronts get dirty again, so Tiger Wash offers quarterly and bi-annual maintenance for gutter cleaning and commercial properties at discounted rates. In humid New Orleans, some houses do best on a twice-a-year or quarterly schedule. Ask for it when you get your estimate.
Estimates are free. The crew is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and in-person visits are usually scheduled within 1 to 3 business days.
