Shut the windows and doors, unlock any locked gates or send us the code, and take small items like shoes, wreaths and ashtrays off the porch. Our technicians come in 2-man teams and will move the furniture for you.
No. We only need access to a water source, usually your outdoor spigot, and to every exterior area we are washing.
We protect them. Potted plants are moved, with a photo taken first so they go back where they were. In-ground plants are pre-wet and kept wet through the wash, and we tarp them when needed. In over 8 years in business we have yet to damage a plant or garden.
Generally every 1 to 1.5 years. In coastal, humid New Orleans a house can need it twice a year, and some properties do best on a quarterly schedule.

Soft wash, historic homes, fleets and detailing
Soft washing is low-pressure cleaning. It lifts algae, mildew and black streaks without stripping paint or forcing water behind vinyl. The crew pre-wets the plants and rinses from the top down. It is the method for vinyl, stucco, brick, wood and dryvit, and for roofs, where shingles never see a high-pressure tip.
Yes. Tiger Wash soft washes historic homes in the Garden District, Uptown and even the French Quarter, with low-pressure cleaning instead of high-pressure blasting.
Yes. Storefronts, building exteriors, drive-thrus, awnings, dumpster mats, parking lots, outside dining areas, signs, heavy equipment and vehicle fleets all get washed. The crew is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so the work can be scheduled around your business hours.
Yes. Quarterly and bi-annual maintenance is offered at discounted rates, for gutters and for commercial properties. Ask about it when you request your estimate.
Inside, it is a thorough vacuum, a wipe down and a polish, with carpet cleaning, stain removal and leather treatment available. Outside, it is a hand wash and wax, with bug removal, compound buffing, headlight restoration and tire dressing. The clay bar is safe on your paint. The crew comes to your driveway for cars, SUVs, trucks, boats, RVs, motorcycles and mobile homes.
