Driveways, decks, pool decks
Driveways and Concrete
Driveways, sidewalks, patios, porches and pool decks with a surface cleaner, plus decks and fences at a pressure the wood can take.
Chapter 01
Oil, mildew and tire marks all come up differently
A driveway keeps a record. Oil drips from under the engine, tire marks curve out of the carport, battery and rust stains sit where something metal waited too long, and in a Louisiana summer the whole slab goes dark with mildew. Tiger Wash lifts all of it and the concrete goes back to its own colour.
Rust gets treated as its own job. The crew removes rust stains from concrete, brick, stucco and metal, battery stains included, so the ring under the old truck does not become a permanent feature of the slab.

Green walks, slick pool decks
Algae loves a shaded walkway and a wet pool deck. It grows as a thin green film, and green concrete is slippery underfoot, so a walk that only looks bad is often one you would rather not cross barefoot.
Flat concrete goes under the two-handle surface cleaner, run in overlapping passes so the finish is even from edge to edge. Edges, steps and the corners the machine cannot reach get the wand by hand.
Chapter 03
Wood next to the slab, and how often to come back
Decks and fences get a pressure the wood can take. Boards that turned green clean up without being cut into, so the algae comes off and the grain stays.
How often depends on the shade and the weather. Generally it is every 1 to 1.5 years, and in coastal, humid New Orleans a property can need it twice a year. Spring is the best season for most homes. If you are wondering about sealing afterward, ask the crew when they come out to estimate.
Plants beside the slab are pre-wet and kept wet through the wash. Nobody has to be home: the crew needs your outdoor spigot and access to every area being washed.
Licensed and insured with a multi-million dollar policy, and in over 8 years in business the crew has yet to damage a plant or garden. Call (504) 270-4925 for a free estimate.
From Driveways to Pool Decks, surface by surface.
Flatwork and wood want different tools, so the crew splits the property the same way. Concrete gets the machine, wood gets the gentler pass, and the edge between the two stays clean.
Concrete
Driveways
Oil drips, tire marks, mildew and battery stains, under the surface cleaner.
Sidewalks and walkways
Shaded walks go green first, and green concrete is slick.
Patios and porches
Flat slab by machine, the edges and steps cut in by wand.
Pool Decks
Algae off the deck so the surface is something you can stand on.

Wood
Decks
Green algae off the boards at a pressure the wood can take.
Fences
Washed down the run, never cut into with a hard tip.
Benches
Corner benches get the same gentle pass as the deck beside them.

The walls above the slab get a different method: see house washing and soft wash. If the same crew should do the lot behind your shop, that is commercial pressure washing. Estimates are free at (504) 270-4925, and the crew is available 24 hours a day.
