Storefronts, fleets, lots

Commercial Pressure Washing

Storefronts, building exteriors, drive-thrus, awnings, dumpster mats, parking lots, fleets and graffiti, washed around your hours.

Chapter 01

What a customer sees before they ever reach the door

Your entry is the first thing a customer judges. Storefront glass and masonry pick up grime, drive-thrus collect gum and grease, dumpster mats go black, and graffiti shows up overnight. Tiger Wash washes the building exteriors and the ground around them so the front of the business reads as cared for.

Soft wash goes on the wall surfaces that should never see a hard tip, and the surface cleaner goes on the flat ground. Each gets the pressure it can take.

Tall walls, big lots, fleets on site

A tall wall means a boom lift. The crew soft-washes the wall from the basket, at low pressure, so the finish on the wall is not stripped.

Parking lots and plazas get the rotary surface cleaner in overlapping passes, edges cut in by wand. Vehicle fleets are washed on site, in your lot, so the trucks lose no time travelling to be cleaned.

Chapter 03

Washed while you are closed

The crew is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so the work can happen around your hours instead of through them. Tell the crew when you close and when you open, and the wash gets scheduled in between.

Most commercial properties do best on a schedule. Quarterly and bi-annual maintenance is offered at discounted rates, which keeps the grime from building back to a deep clean each time.

Water runs downhill, so a property is washed that way: the building first, then the ground it drains onto, then whatever is parked there.

“We decided to get some pressure washing and gutter cleaning done at our church at the end of the year. The guys at Tiger Wash came out and did a fantastic job for a great price. Will definitely use them again!”

Marta Hickey, in a Google review

That church job included the gutters, which are their own page: gutter cleaning. For the slab out front and the walks around it, see driveways and concrete. Estimates are free at (504) 270-4925.
