What fills a Louisiana gutter
Leaf and seed debris packs into a gutter and sits there. Left alone, it holds enough to let plants take root, which is exactly what the technician above is looking at: a gutter full of debris with green sprouts growing out of it.
A clogged downspout is where it shows up next. Water that can't leave the gutter spills over the edge and lands at the foundation, instead of travelling down the pipe and away from the house.

Off the ladder, by hand or by blower

Keeping them clear

Gutter: by hand or blower
The ladder comes first. Leaf and seed debris is lifted out by hand or cleared with a blower, sprouts and all, so the trough is open end to end.
Downspout Cleaning
Then the downspouts. Whatever left the gutter has to leave the pipe too, or the next rain backs up into the same trough and spills at the foundation.
Sewer Jetting and Drainage System Clean Out
At the bottom of the run sits the drain line. When the problem is below the downspout, Tiger Wash handles the jetting and clean out there as well.
